Virtual IOP at SPR Detox delivers structured intensive outpatient treatment through secure video, so you can get real clinical care from home, work, or anywhere with a private connection. Licensed clinicians run the sessions, not a self-guided app.
You start with a comprehensive assessment. A clinician reviews your substance use history, mental health, and current situation, then builds a treatment plan around what you actually need. You attend group and individual sessions on a set weekly schedule and learn skills you can use the same day.
A dedicated case manager coordinates your care from day one. That person tracks your progress, adjusts the plan when things change, connects you with outside resources, and stays with you through aftercare planning so the support does not stop when the sessions do.
Insurance & Admissions
Most private insurance plans cover treatment here, and checking yours takes minutes, not days. Send us your plan details and we will run a benefits verification so you know what is covered before you commit to anything. The admissions process starts with one phone call. If you are coming from out of the area, we arrange travel and arrival help, including flights.
