You spend the bulk of your day in structured treatment at SPR Detox, then return home or to supportive housing in the evening. It sits between residential care and living on your own, so you keep building skills while you take on more responsibility.
Your first day starts with a thorough assessment. Clinical staff review your history, your health, and what brought you here, then build a treatment plan around your specific needs.
You work with a dedicated case manager who coordinates every part of your care. That person tracks your progress, handles the logistics between appointments, and plans your aftercare so the next step is ready before you finish PHP.
Insurance & Admissions
Most private insurance plans cover treatment here, and checking yours takes minutes, not days. Send us your plan details and we will run a benefits verification so you know what is covered before you commit to anything. The admissions process starts with one phone call. If you are coming from out of the area, we arrange travel and arrival help, including flights.
