Medical detox is where treatment starts for most people who come to SPR Detox. When you arrive, the clinical team completes a full assessment that covers your substance use history, physical health, mental health, and anything else that affects how you withdraw. That assessment shapes a treatment plan built for your situation, not a generic one.
Withdrawal is monitored around the clock. Staff check on you throughout the day and night, manage symptoms as they come up, and adjust care as your body clears the substance. You get a dedicated case manager who coordinates every piece of your care, from your first day in detox through the plan for what happens after. If you need to reach that person, you can.
Insurance & Admissions
Most private insurance plans cover treatment here, and checking yours takes minutes, not days. Send us your plan details and we will run a benefits verification so you know what is covered before you commit to anything. The admissions process starts with one phone call. If you are coming from out of the area, we arrange travel and arrival help, including flights.
