Recovery rarely happens in isolation, so families are part of the process when that makes sense for you. We work with the people who matter to you, not around them.

Care also does not stop when your time at SPR Detox ends. Aftercare planning starts early, so you leave with clear next steps and a plan you can use.

Levels of Care

SPR Detox treats addiction across every stage of recovery, from your first days off substances through long-term stability. That starts with medical detox and moves into residential rehab, PHP, IOP, virtual IOP, and standard outpatient care. Medication-assisted treatment is available where it fits your situation, and sober living gives you structured housing while you rebuild. One clinical team follows you the whole way, adjusting your level of care as you progress instead of handing you off.
